General Swedish Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Direct and indirect myofascial work, Remedial exercise (stretch/strengthening), Joint mobilizations, Strain Counterstrain, Muscle Energy, Active Isolated Stretches, Myofascial unwinding, Suikodo, Trigger point, Lymph Drainage Therapy.

Will I need to disrobe?

Not necessarily. It depends on the type of treatment and the treatment technique required. In all instances the patient’s modesty is respected and this is reflected in the draping if linens are required.

All new patients require an assessment. How extensive depends on the patient’s needs.
